Looking for a great place to run in Canada’s “Hawaii”? One of the most beautiful city in Canada offers stunning views, perfect four season climate, and a plethora of beautiful places for runners and triathletes to run, bike and swim.  I was fortunate to be able to contribute some of my favourite places for in the city running. If you want to check out the trials, contact me – they are much harder to describe and find but well worth the effort!

Elmore talks about Bronze Medal and Mexican Flashmob

Runnersfeed is a new website for runners with great information for all levels of runners.  Canadian runner and University of Santa Clara coach, Chantelle Wilder and her team,  have brought their  passion and knowledge into a great go-to site for nutrition, exercise, training, and interviews.  I did a brief interview with Chantelle after returning from Pan American Games in October.
